Work in progressRoof tear-off: what was under the shingles
Worn shingles came off to reveal rotted fascia — documented and discussed with the owner before repair.
Now planning interior renovations for winter and outdoor projects for spring 2027.
Start planningWorn shingles are the visible part. What decides the cost is what sits underneath — so we photograph it and talk to you before replacing anything extra.

On a tear-off, the first day tells the story: soft sheathing, rotted fascia, poor ventilation, missing drip edge. We document what we find and give you clear options before going beyond the original scope.
We replace asphalt shingles, repair or replace sheathing, improve attic ventilation and rebuild fascia and soffit so water leaves the roof where it should.

Curling or missing shingles, granules in the eavestroughs, soft spots and stains on the ceiling are the usual signs. Send us a few photos and we will tell you whether it looks like a repair or a replacement.
Send a short description and a few photos. We’ll contact you to talk it through and, if it makes sense, arrange a visit.
