Roof tear-off: what was under the shingles
Worn shingles came off to reveal rotted fascia — documented and discussed with the owner before repair.
About this project
This is why we photograph everything on day one. Under worn, curling shingles we found fascia that had rotted through. We showed the owner, explained the options and repaired it as an approved change before the new roof went on. Finished photos will be added here.
