Bathroom Renovation in Fredericton, NB

From a tired three-piece bath to a full remodel with a tiled shower, we handle the whole job — including the parts you never see once the tile is down.

A bathroom is the room where hidden work matters most. Water finds every shortcut, so we spend our time on what sits behind the finish: a flat, solid substrate, a continuous waterproofing layer around the shower and a floor that is level before the first tile is set.

Every renovation starts with a visit to look at the room, the plumbing access and what is under the existing floor. You get a written scope that lists what we will remove, what we will build and which materials are included, so you can compare it line by line.

If we open a wall or subfloor and find something outside that scope — moisture damage, rotten framing, old wiring — we stop, show you photos, explain the options and price, and only continue once you approve the change in writing.

A4Questions

Bathroom renovation: common questions

How long does a bathroom renovation take?

It depends on the scope and on material lead times. A cosmetic refresh takes far less time than a full gut with a new tiled shower. We give you a schedule with the written quote and keep you updated if anything changes.

Can I keep using my house during the work?

Yes. We protect floors along the work path, contain dust as much as the job allows and clean up at the end of each working day. If it is your only bathroom, tell us — we plan the sequence so the time without a toilet is as short as possible.

Do you install heated floors?

Yes, we install electric in-floor heating mats under tile. The final connection is made by a licensed electrician where required.
