Ingeniously simple. Carefully built.
A Fredericton company built around one standard: do it the way you would for your own home.
Who we are
ROTES SMART Construction Inc. was founded in Fredericton, New Brunswick, in 2022. Our founder, Roman Tesla, has worked hands-on in construction since 2005 — first in Europe, then in Canada.
That background shows in the details we care about: substrates that are flat before tile goes down, flashing that is lapped the right way, mitred corners that stay tight through a New Brunswick winter. They are small things, and they are what decide how long a renovation lasts.
What we believe
- Precision. Measurements matter, and the difference shows in the finished work.
- Transparency. A written scope, a clear price with HST shown, and no changes without your written approval.
- Craft. There are faster ways to do most things. We choose the right way.
Part of the ROTES group
Our sister company, ROTES Smart Solutions Inc., works on technology and automation. On the construction side, that shows up as 3D planning for decks and digital material take-offs — tools that help you see the project clearly before it starts.
