Roof replacement and skylight removal
Three leaking skylights removed and the openings closed, then the old roof stripped and replaced with new sheathing and architectural shingles.
About this project
The skylights were leaking and losing heat. We removed them, framed and insulated the openings and repaired the ceilings inside. Then the old roof came off down to the rafters; we replaced the damaged boards with new sheathing, installed underlayment and new architectural shingles, and re-sheathed and wrapped the walls where the old boards had failed.
